lake effect chicago is located in chicago's north center neighborhood. we were founded in 2010 by kim kerbis and kevin van eck within chicago’s premier real estate company, @properties. 

lake effect is a boutique team which provides good old-fashioned, concierge-style customer service in a digital age and a modern world. we are hands-on, yet incorporate new technology and social media in our marketing efforts. we pride ourselves on helping buyers and sellers make the best decisions in both calm & turbulent markets.
